My practice sits in and beyond the screen, inhabiting the creative space between animation, art and installation. Whilst a conceptual underpinning is important to my process, I let work evolve through an intuitive practice-led approach.
I have held residencies at St George’s Hospital, Tooting, and Intercambiador ACART Madrid.
My work has been selected for the Clyde nad Co scheme and in 2016 I was a participant in the London Creative Network, a six-month programme run by SPACE arts and funded by the EU.
‘Animas Documentadas’, an animation-based installation created during my Madrid residency was shown in group show at Nadie Nada Nunca No (Madrid) and Ugly Duck (London).
Following the pandemic, I embarked on a 1-year MA at the Royal College of Arts.
A month after graduating, I was invited to have my first public solo show at Rabbet Gallery in Peckham. In ‘Out of Hand’, alongside drawings, I exhibited my MA work: a multi-channel installation about the experience of lockdown during covid.
